How we partner- 2009
Origination
The first regulated financial-services business was founded in Malta. Early years were spent building operational discipline, compliance culture and the licensing groundwork that later phases would compound on.
- 2012
Licensing & scale
Multiple regulated licences were secured and the platform expanded into trustee and fiduciary services. Governance frameworks, risk functions and client-onboarding standards were formalised.
- 2016
Adjacent sectors
Move into insurance broking and pensions administration. The thesis: adjacent regulated verticals where licensing know-how and back-office rigour translate directly.
- 2020
Successful exits
Operating businesses were entrusted to international acquirers when the moment was right — never forced, never rushed. Proceeds recycled into the holding’s long-term positions.
- 2024
Consolidation
A disciplined consolidation phase — reinforcing long-term ownership, tightening the portfolio and preparing for the next cycle of building.
