Plan Z Holding, registered in Malta, is responsible for personal data submitted through this website. You can reach us about anything in this notice at info@planzholding.com.

Only what you choose to send us: your name, email address and the contents of your message when you use the enquiry form or write to us by email.

This website does not use analytics, advertising trackers or third-party fonts. Like any website, our hosting provider automatically records technical information such as IP addresses in server logs, for security and reliability. Our enquiry form is protected by an anti-spam check, described below, which may store a short-lived technical cookie on your device for that purpose alone.

To read and reply to your enquiry and, where a conversation develops, to manage that relationship. We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or on steps taken at your request before entering into an agreement.

Our small team. Enquiries sent through the form are delivered to our inbox by our email provider, Resend, and this website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. To keep the form from being flooded with automated messages, submissions pass through Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a real person is sending them; Cloudflare receives your IP address and technical details of your browser for that check, and does not use them to profile or advertise to you. All three act on our behalf and may process data outside the European Economic Area, subject to the safeguards required by data-protection law. We do not sell your information or share it with anyone else.

Only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any relationship that follows from it, after which it is deleted.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation you may ask us for access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, object to or restrict its processing, and request a copy in a portable format. Write to us at info@planzholding.com.
